Booking Terms and Policy

Please read these terms before booking. Readings and Reiki sessions are available to adults aged 18 and over. By confirming an appointment and paying, you agree to these terms, subject to your rights under Australian consumer law.

Booking and payment

Please contact me to discuss availability and agree on a session time. Full payment by PayID or instant bank transfer is required before your appointment is confirmed. I’ll tell you the payment deadline when I offer you a time. Until payment has been received and I have confirmed your booking, that time is not reserved and may be offered to someone else.

Please include your name as the payment reference and let me know when you have paid so I can check receipt and confirm your appointment. A payment screenshot can help me locate a transfer, but the booking is confirmed when the funds have arrived.

Preparing for your session

Phone readings are voice calls, not video calls. Please be somewhere private and safe, with your phone charged and a reliable connection. Please do not take a reading while driving.

For Tarot-only readings, you do not need to provide birth details.

For Astrology or a Tarot + Astrology reading, please provide your birth date, birth time and birth place when booking. Please arrange an Astrology session at least two days in advance so I have time to prepare.

A quick note about timing

If you’re running a little late, please send me a quick message. We’ll start when we connect—for example, if you’re 10 minutes late, we’ll start 10 minutes late. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we’ll make the most of the time left in your appointment, as I may have another booking or commitment afterwards. Thanks for understanding.

What readings can and cannot offer

Readings and Reiki sessions are offered for personal insight and guidance. They can help you explore questions and possibilities, but no particular prediction, result or outcome is guaranteed. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.

If a reading involves another person, the discussion is from your perspective. It is not verification of that person’s private thoughts, intentions, health, conduct or future actions, and should not be used to establish wrongdoing.

I do not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions, provide legal advice, make investment recommendations, or advise you to stop, change or avoid treatment prescribed by a qualified professional. Information shared in a private session is treated respectfully and confidentially, subject to any legal obligations that apply.

Recording your reading

Please ask for my consent before recording a phone reading. If I agree, the recording is for your personal use only. Please do not edit or manipulate it, clone or use AI to alter my voice, or post or share any part of it publicly without my separate permission.

Remote Reiki

For a remote Reiki session, please send me a clear photo of yourself before your appointment. You do not need to join a phone or video call, or be available while I carry out the session. I’ll send you session notes afterwards.

Remote Reiki is offered for personal wellbeing and insight; it is not a replacement for medical or psychological care. I can’t promise healing or a particular result. If you have any questions or concerns about the session, please get in touch.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Please choose your time carefully. I reserve that appointment for you and may be unable to offer it to someone else at short notice. If you need to change or cancel, please contact me as soon as you can.

• You may reschedule up to twice without an additional charge, with reasonable notice and subject to another time being available. A request made in advance to move your agreed start time by more than 15 minutes counts as a reschedule.

• I do not hold an appointment for a third reschedule. If you cannot attend after two changes, you may keep the agreed appointment or cancel it. Any refund on cancellation follows the notice rules below.

• If you cancel at least seven days before the scheduled session, I will refund your payment in full.

• If you cancel with less than seven days’ notice, please contact me. I consider genuine emergencies and the circumstances of the booking case by case; a refund or alternative time is not guaranteed.

• If you do not answer at your scheduled time, I will make reasonable attempts to reach you for up to 20 minutes. If we cannot connect and I have not heard from you, the appointment may be treated as missed and may not be refundable. Please contact me as soon as possible if something has gone wrong.

If I need to cancel your appointment, I will offer another available time or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. If I decide not to start a session because I cannot safely or appropriately provide it, I will refund it in full. If a session has already begun and must end early, we will talk about a fair way forward.

Your rights under Australian consumer law still apply.

Wellbeing and urgent situations

I do not offer emergency or crisis readings. If an urgent mental health or safety concern arises, I may pause or decline a session and encourage you to seek support from an appropriately qualified service. This is about providing the right support, not judging you.
